The Rules
- 1.Be in office or in daily dials before 8:00 AM.
- 2.Be inside Team EC when taking calls.If you're not working in office, unmute when you're on a call.
- 3.Show up to all trainings.
- 4.Stay consistent with the schedule and financial plan you were given.
- 5.Most importantly — listen to the advice and information you're given.I've been through everything you're going through.
Failure to follow these results in no lead fund.
Exceptions
- Family emergencies
- Schedule conflicts
- Car problems (if you work in office)
- Not working for the day
Every agent, no matter the comp, is encouraged to buy leads and invest in their business at any point they have the funds to do so.
